This page contains the disclosures for US Retirement Educators ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website, our social media pages, or any of our content, you agree to the terms below.
All content published by US Retirement Educators — including website pages, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and downloadable materials — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not, and should not be construed as, personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Your individual circumstances are unique, and you should consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney before making any decision based on information found here.
US Retirement Educators is a private organization and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Social Security Administration (SSA), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal Medicare program, or any other government agency. Any reference to government programs (including Social Security and Medicare) is for informational purposes only.
US Retirement Educators' presence on Facebook is independently operated. This page, our website, and our content are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or in any way officially connected with Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries. Facebook, Meta, and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Any use of these platforms is subject to their own respective terms of service and policies, separate from this disclosures page.
Insurance-related content on this site may be provided by, or in partnership with, individually licensed insurance agents. Annuities and other insurance products discussed on this site are not deposits, are not FDIC- or NCUA-insured, are not bank-guaranteed, and are subject only to the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Guarantees referenced in any content are backed solely by that issuing company, not by US Retirement Educators. Past performance of any market index, strategy, or product is not a guarantee of future results.
In some cases, US Retirement Educators refers individuals to independently licensed insurance agents or financial advisors within our partner network to provide personalized guidance. By submitting your contact information through our website, forms, or social media, you consent to be contacted by US Retirement Educators and/or a licensed agent or advisor in our network regarding insurance and retirement-planning products and services, by phone, email, or text message, even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.
By opting in to receive text messages from US Retirement Educators, you consent to receive recurring, automated informational and marketing text messages (including by autodialer) at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Information you submit to us (such as your name, phone number, email address, or details entered into a form or quiz) is used to respond to your inquiry, provide requested information, and — where you've consented — to follow up about our services or connect you with a licensed partner. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.
Any testimonials, reviews, or case studies referenced in our content reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of future performance or results. Individual results will vary.
We aim to keep the information on this site current and accurate, including references to program rules (such as Social Security cost-of-living adjustments, Medicare premiums, or contribution limits), but rules and figures can change. Always verify current figures directly with the relevant government agency (ssa.gov, medicare.gov, irs.gov) before relying on them.
